ZENSOFT INVENTORY
Did you know that you can monitor your inventory with ZenSoft?
ZenSoft helps you in tracking your stocks for both retail and consumable products in real-time. It can automatically deduct stocks for every product sold and for every service rendered.
You can also create Purchase Orders in ZenSoft and the system will compute for the estimated total amount that you will be paying for since you have the option to add cost of goods price when adding or editing a product in ZenSoft or in the actual purchase order that you are creating. Then once you receive the orders within ZenSoft, the products will automatically be added to your current inventory.
A ZenSoft purchase order can be exported to Excel so that you may email it directly to your supplier.
You can also assign specific products to be consumed during service transactions. This can be done during adding or editing a service in the admin panel. Every time a service transaction is encoded in POS, it will automatically deduct the said products in your inventory.
