PRE-FILLED NOTES IN SERVICES
Do you follow a specific format when jotting down details on your transactions? Good news! ZenSoft now lets you assign pre-filled notes on services so that once you select a service in POS, it will automatically generate what you manually type in the notes section. In that way, you only need to fill in the additional noteworthy details for your client.
This feature is currently available for desktop POS.
NEW EMAIL TEMPLATES
We understand the importance of communication between businesses and their clients. That’s why we have improved our email templates in the system that now includes automatic birthday greetings and booking reminders for customers who have booked an appointment in advance.
These templates are customizable so that you can add that personal touch when sending greetings and notices to your valued clients.
EXCLUSIVE CUSTOMER DATABASE PER BRANCH
We have added a new feature wherein the customer database can be seen in a specific branch only. That means it is exclusive and other branches will not have access to the said client list.
