ENHANCED MOBILE APP AUTHORIZATION
The ZenSoft Mobile App now allows you to approve authorization requests being sent by your receptionists even if you are not physically present in the branch. All you need to do is open the ZenSoft Mobile App from your mobile phone and simply approve or deny any requests being sent. This includes the following POS activities:
Edit Completed Transactions
Void Completed Transactions
Void Card View Transactions
Add Discounts
Late Entry
Please note that the ZenSoft Mobile App requires wifi or data connection in order to work.

EXPORT OPTION FOR PRODUCT LOGS
Monitoring product movement is one of the very important parts of running our business. That is why ZenSoft has now included an export option when checking the ins and outs of your product. In that way, you can have a detailed list as to when the stock count was replenished and decreased when being used for both product sales and in services.

ADVANCE PAYMENTS CAN BE SHOWN AS SALES FOR THE DAY
ZenSoft now provides you with an option to include advance payments as part of the sales for the day. This option can be enabled by going to your ZenSoft account’s settings or by seeking the assistance of our customer support team.
