You read it right. Another set of enhancements!
These are the updates that we have implemented today:
Admin Panel Improvements
1.) Services, Products, Combinations and Sessions now have Audit Logs where you can see the dates and time when they were updated by a specific user account.
It will display the following information:
– Username
– Date of update
– Time of update
– IP address of user
2.) POS now has an Auto-Close feature wherein if the receptionist forgot to close the cashier shift, the system will be the one to close it automatically for you. In the cash register report, you will see who closed the shift and the status.
3.) We now have Quota settings for staff commissions. You can setup commission quotas daily, weekly, monthly or in a specific date range. For instructions on how to set this up, you may contact our support team for assistance.
4.) We can now add VAT deductions when offering discounts. For Example, if a service costs 100 pesos and you provided senior citizen discount of 20%, the system will automatically subtract the VAT (12%) first from the service amount of 100 pesos before computing for the 20% discount. Mobile App Improvements
1.) Our mobile app now has an Inventory Report which displays your real-time inventory.
2.) You may now authorize transaction editing and voiding in POS using your mobile app even without you being physically present at your branch. It will notify you of any request being sent by your receptionists that require your authorization or permission. For instructions, you may contact our support team for assistance.
