Despite the outbreak of COVID 19, we assure you that we are still doing our best to improve our Spa & Salon Management System. With that said, we are pleased to announce that we have launched a new set of enhancements.
POS IMPROVEMENTS
1.) Single staff assignment on multiple identical services or sessions –You don’t need to add a staff on each identical service anymore as we have added an option which lets you add a specific employee to all identical services automatically in POS.

2.) Number of sessions can now be editable on POS – We have added an option wherein you can edit the number of sessions that a customer can use when buying a session package. This is ideal for promos or incentives for your clients. You can set this up from the admin panel when adding or editing session packages.

3.) Hide history of previous date transactions – We now have an option for desktop POS to hide the transaction history of previous dates if you want to avoid tampering of previous sales.
4.) Hide transaction history in POS – ZenSoft now lets you hide the transaction history in POS if in case you require it on your receptionists.
5.) Number of sessions used displayed on POS – The desktop POS now displays the number of sessions used in a package that was availed by the client to make sure that your client record is accurate.
6.) Cash denominations in payment form – Cash denominations in tablet POS is now available which lets you select the amount paid by the customer instead of typing it manually. In that way, payment processing and closing of transactions could be faster and more efficient for your receptionists.
NEW INVENTORY FEATURE
1.) Product sets – You can now add product sets in ZenSoft and have the system deduct each product included in the set individually from your inventory.
IMPROVED REPORT
1.) GC Sales Details – When viewing the report of redeemed gift certificates, we have added more details like when it was redeemed and which specific invoice number it was used to pay for the transaction for easier tracking on your part.
