ZenSoft’sĀ online chat support aims to help our clients with their concerns or issues regarding our software. You can chat with our support team directly in the ZenSoft POS just by simply clicking a button. It is available from 10AM up to 7PM, Manila Time.
Here are the steps on how to use the Live Chat Support.
1.) In the POS interface simply click the CHAT ICON located on the lower right of the screen.
2.) Type your inquiry in the text box and click the SEND MESSAGE button. Then, wait for our support specialist to reply.
